The hotel offers decent rooms with a balcony, yet the cleaning staff can be quite loud in the hallways. The service is exceptional, providing seamless assistance and a promised discount at the restaurant. Its location is excellent, close to the Old Quarter but away from the noisy city center. The dining options are varied and satisfying. However, the facilities might not meet everyone's expectations.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable, although there was a slight issue with the air conditioner. The service, especially from Receptionists, was top-notch. The location is lovely but a bit far from high-end restaurants. Dinner was overpriced, but the room had a beautiful lake view.

The service exemplified outstanding customer service, going above and beyond for my family. The location was perfect, near the Lake, and though not many English speaking eating options were available, it was roughly a 15-minute walk to the old quarter. The dining experience was outstanding with a lot of different cuisines to choose from. Overall, a great stay with a few minor inconveniences.
